Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated community volunteers representing a variety of professions and experience. The Board plays an active role in providing fiscal oversight, policy development, and fundraising support for Rainbow Days.
The Board meets monthly and committees meet outside of regular Board meetings on a monthly or ‘as needed’ basis. There are standing committees in addition to the Executive Committee including: Audit, Board Development, Finance, Marketing/Public Relations, Resource Development, and Succession and Sustainability Planning.
